Our Practice


We take great pride in the quality of our care and want to make your visit a friendly and relaxed experience. 

We aim to maintain and improve your dental health through effective treatments as well as preventative dentistry. 

We cover all your dental needs, including advanced cosmetic dental treatment, implants, veneers, crowns, bridges, teeth whitening and composite bonding.

Our Dental Services


Here at our Stoke-on-Trent practice, we offer both NHS dental services and private procedure options. 

The practice is also Denplan-approved. If you would like to hear more information about these options and see which is right for you, call our reception. 
NHS patients will be able to access treatment provided under the NHS - these are treatments your dentist deems clinically necessary to keeping your mouth, teeth and gums healthy.

If you are looking to enhance the appearance of your smile, you can benefit from our cosmetic dental services such as cosmetic filling, teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, bridges and dental implants. If you have a preference for a particular dentist, please inform the reception and they will try to accommodate you.

Your Responsibilities

If you cannot attend your appointment for whatever reason but you'd like to reschedule, please give the surgery 24 hours’ notice. 

This way, the appointment can be allocated to someone else. 

The practice has a zero-tolerance policy on violent or abusive behaviour towards any of its staff, or persons on the premises. 

Please be aware we will deregister and contact the local authorities to report any patient acting inappropriately.

Emergency Appointments

If you need to be seen urgently, call the surgery for advice. 
If treatment is necessary, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.

Ways to Pay for Treatment

Our payment procedure is to pay for the treatment on an appointment basis. We accept payment by cash, cheque with supporting bank card, and debit/credit card. There are also flexible financial plans available, so no matter your circumstances, you can afford a new smile. 

Accessibility

We try our best to accommodate all patients. We have two ground floor surgeries which are accessed by two small steps. If you have any disabilities you think we may need to know about before your visit, please contact the practice prior to your appointment so we can make suitable arrangements to assist you.

Confidentiality

Patient confidentiality is extremely important to us. The practice staff have access to digital and written records and all staff are trained and adhere to a strict privacy policy. If you need access to your notes, please make your request in writing to the practice manager.
